ARCHITECTURAL PHOTOGRAPHY

Architectural photography is for those who wish to showcase their heritage, whether it be commercial, cultural, industrial, administrative, or historical buildings, natural or urban landscapes, as well as those who want to promote an event, their city, etc. Inspiring, high-quality photos provide a lasting record of your heritage and thus contribute to its preservation. Architect’s offices, cafes, restaurants and other businesses, museums or cultural centers, individual and multi-family housing, commercial premises, tourist offices, cities or local authorities, ecovillages and alternative spaces, event or travel agencies, real estate, companies, the tourism industry, facilities, schools and medical establishments, construction site monitoring, etc.; all these places can be enhanced with professional photographs. My services can also be combined with a photo-reportage project to highlight your art or expertise in addition to your location.

The time required for a photoshoot goes well beyond the shooting session. Here are the steps that await you before, during and after the photoshoot :

• Initial contact - a call or meeting to learn more about your project and your vision, and then define the specifications.

• Proposal - after our discussion, I will create a customized quote based on your expectations, including the terms of use defined together through a rights transfer agreement, the number of images to be delivered, and the delivery deadline. A signed quote and terms and conditions, as well as a deposit, will be required to confirm the proposal.

• Scouting - a site visit when possible, and a checklist of points to consider, depending on the nature of your project, to ensure the shoot runs smoothly on the day (organization, access, cleanup, etc.).

• Photoshoot - before shooting, optimisation of space and staging. Then I’ll take meticulous and qualitative shots in accordance with the natural light and the staging

• Edit - professional and thorough retouching using Adobe LightRoom and PhotoShop, investing as much time as the shooting

• Delivery - via an online gallery with the possibility to download your photos in different sizes according to your needs

• Feedbacks - I am of course still open to your comments.

I live in Angers, Loire Valley - France, and also spend a lot time in Nantes, Brittany and Bordeaux. I would also be very happy to travel throughout France and abroad to shoot your project !

Starting from €500. Whether you need a few photos for an editorial or event promotion, or a larger quantity of images for your website or social media, my services are tailored to your needs. Travel expenses may apply depending on the destination.
